緒言
腎動脈瘤は従来稀な疾患とされていたが，最近診断法の進歩，特に大動脈撮影の普及および本症に対する関心が高まり，臨床報告例は増加している。
最近，われわれは疼痛を主訴とした本症を経験したので報告する。
A case of calcified renal aneurysm with flank pain and microscopic hematuria was presented.
The patient was a 68 year old male. The chief complaint was intermittent left flank pain and epigastralgia of 40 years duration. Physical examination revealed Mallory-Weiss syndrome, duodenal diverticulum and healed pulmonary tuberculosis.
Laboratory findings were negative except for microscopic hematuria.
Epigastralgia recovered by physical treatment but left flank pain continued.
