はじめに

　われわれは，先に腎動脈撮影150例の検討と題し，特にその撮影手技について述べたが，今回は更に22例を加え，腎動脈撮影172症例について，主として造影剤および撮影時の操作による副作用を検討してみた。

The technic of renal arteriogrphy in 150 cases had been discussed in the previous paper. The side effect was investigated in 172 cases and the following results were obtained.

Erythema and papule suggesting allergic reaction were noticed in approximately 12% among the negative iodine test cases, and slight anaphylaxis was noticed in one case. Iodine test must be reconsi-dered.

The effect of contrast media on kidney and liver function and electrolyte changes were within normal limits in most of the cases except few which showed some abnormality, although all were slight and transient, requiring no special treatment.
