遊走腎に対する立位腎動脈撮影法

RENAL ARTERIOGRAPHY IN STANDING POSITION, ESPECIALLY FOR MOVABLE KIDNEY

Ⅰ．まえがき

　遊走腎の診療に際しては，腎動脈撮影が必要欠くべからざる検査法であることは，論を俟たない。特に泌尿器科における立位レ線撮影法の意義については，清水^1）は，種々の原因不明の症状を訴える症例に，仰臥位，立位の腎動脈撮影を行なつて，その原因が遊走腎であることを確かめ，その必要性を提唱したが，南^2）は，さらにこれを強調した。しかし最近動脈撮影法の進歩とともに，遊走腎に対する腎動脈撮影法もまた修正されなければならない時期に到つているといえる。

　ここに，われわれの遊走腎に対する立位腎動脈撮影法を述べ，さらにわれわれの方法にて撮影を行なつた14症例の経験について報告する。

The techniques of aortography have been applied for various diseases by the authors¹⁰⁾. This report deals with the results of renal arteriography for movable kidney, especially taken in standing position. The method employed is as follows:

1) The catheter used is a straight without side holes near the tip³⁾. Catheterization is performed through the femoral artery according to the Seldinger technique. When the tip of catheter reached the height between L₁ and L₂ vertebrae, the abdominal aorta was pressed down by using the ureter-pressing pillows under general anesthesia.
