成人の膀胱横紋筋肉腫

PRIMARY RHABDOMYOSARCOMA OF THE BLADDER: A CASE REPORT CONCERNING AN ADULT AND REVIEW OF THE JAPANESE LITERATURE

　主訴が肉眼的血尿の72歳男性の膀胱鏡所見にて，膀胱後壁中央に鶏卵大の広基性非乳頭状の腫瘍がみられた．経尿道的に切除したのち膀胱全摘および直腸膀胱造設術を行った．病理組織学的に，胞体内に筋原線維が証明され，また，ごく一部で横紋も証明された．さらに免疫組織化学的にも検索を行い，胎児型横紋筋肉腫と診断した．術後4ヵ月の現在，健在である．

A 72-year-old man with a complaint of macrohematuria had a broadbased mass on the retrotrigonum wall of the bladder found by cystoscopy. The pathological examination showed a rhabdomyosarcoma. 22 cases of adult rhahdomyosarcoma of the bladder has been reported in the Japanese literature to which 1 case was added. We have made a discussion on sex ratio, cystoscopical findings, histologic subtype and postoper-ative couse.
