新生児膀胱に発生した胎児性横紋筋肉腫の1例

A CASE OF EMBRYONAL RHABDOMYOSARCOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER IN NEONATE

I．緒言

　小児の膀胱腫瘍は比較的稀なものであり，しかもそのほとんどが悪性度の高い肉腫である。

　私どもは昭和34年4月より昭和41年8月までの7年5カ月間に220例の膀胱腫瘍を経験しているが，最近新生児の膀胱に発生した胎児性横紋筋肉腫の1例を経験したので報告するとともに，いささかの文献的考察を試みた。

A case of rhabdomyosarcoma which occured in an newborn was recently experienced and repor-ted. Case is a 18 days old female on which bleeding from the urethral orifice was noticed 3 days after birth and a lower abdominal mass was pointed out by the pediatritian.

Cystoscopy and cystography was unsuccessful due to the leakage of irrigation fluid and radio opaque dye from the urethral orifice. The tumor was considered to be occupying most of the vesical space and surgery was performed. Surgical findings revealed the tumor occupying most of the vesical space and histopathological findings was embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma.
