　64歳，男性。左陰嚢部の無痛性腫大で来院した。左睾丸腫瘍の診断で，左高位除睾術を施行した。病理組織学的には，睾丸原発の横紋筋肉腫であった。術後の検査で転移はなく，後療法として化学療法をすすめたが，家族の希望で施行せず，高位除睾術のみで退院とした。術後3カ月の現在，再発，転移なく，外来で経過観察中である。睾丸原発の横紋筋肉腫は極めて稀な疾患で，本邦4例目と思われる。

A 64-year-old male visited our hospital, complaining of a painless mass in the left scrotum. Left radical orchiectomy was performed under the diagnosis of left testicular tumor. The removed tumor measured 13 × 13 × 13 cm and weighed 2200 g. The pathological report showed the left testicular rhabdomyosarcoma. Postoperative investigation including lymphangiography revealed no metastasis. We recommended the postoperative antitumor chemotherapy, which, however was denied by the patient's family.
