幼児に発生した原発性膀胱横紋筋肉腫の1例

RHABDOMYOSARCOMA OF THE URINARY BLADDER: A CASE REPORT

緒言

　われわれは泌尿器科領域でもきわめてまれな，3歳の幼児に発生し，外尿道口より露出した有茎性の膀胱横紋筋肉腫例を経験したので報告するとともに，本邦における18歳未満の膀胱肉腫についての集計を行ない，興味ある知見を得たので報告する。

A case of rhabdomyosarcoma of the urinary bladder in a 3 year old girl was reported. The patient is still in good health 10 months after partial cystectomy and long term repeated administration of Vincristine. 39 cases of such, below 18 year of age reported in the Japanese literature were collected. The majority complained hematuria, prolaps of the tumor from the urethra in female and dysuria were the important symptoms in male cases. Sarcoma of the bladder should be suspected when such findings and symptoms are noticed in young infants.
