　3歳男児，6か月女児，3歳男児の3例の小児膀胱横紋筋肉腫を経験した。最初の2例に対しては膀胱全摘出術および化学療法を施行したが，1例は頭蓋内転移で死亡した。最近の1例では2回にわたり腫瘍切除術を行い，化学療法と放射線療法を併用し，膀胱の温存が可能であった．治療終了後，現在まで3年間再発は見られていない．

We operated on 3 patients with bladder rhabdomyosarcoma in children. In 2 patients, cystectomy with chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy was chosen for treatment, but 1 patient died because of intracranial metastasis. In other patient, tumor resection with chemotherapy and radiotherapy was carried out successfully and the patient has survived for 3 years.
