診断に困難した女性仮性半陰陽の1例

A CASE OF FEMALE HERMAPHRODITISM DUE TO CONGENITAL ADRENAL HYPERPLASIA

Ⅰ．症例

　患者　○○哲男，男，18才，高校生。

　初診　昭和43年8月6日。

Case is a 18 year old individual, who was brought up as a male, since the external genitalia was a complete male type at delivery. Family history has nothing of note. The external genitalia shows a normaly developed adult penis but the testis and epididymis are not palpable in the scrotum nor at the inguinal region. The external urethral orifice is opened near the frenulum preputii penis. The height began to stop developing since 6 years of age and pubic and axillar hair was remarkable at 12.
