孤立性腎嚢腫の2例

TWO CASES OF SOLITARY RENAL CYST

Ⅰ．緒言

　孤立性腎嚢腫は本邦において，1902年佐藤が第1例を発表して以来，田辺^1）（1966）らによれば200例近い報告がなされているが，特有な症状がなく，術前診断が困難な疾患である。われわれは最近2例の孤立性腎嚢腫を経験し，合併症予防，とくに悪性腫瘍を除外する意味で手術（腎保存的）を施行したが，1例に術後経静脈性腎盂撮影で，著明に水腎症の改善がみられた。孤立性腎嚢腫は鑑別診断困難であり，合併症予防の意味から患者の状態の許すかぎり，手術を行なうべきであり，その必要性について若干の文献的考察を行なつた。

Two cases of soiitary renal cyst were reported.

Case 1 is a 21 years old female, who visited our clinic with the chief complaint of left flank pain and a left ureteral calculi with right renal mass was identified by intravenous pyelogram.

Case 2 is a 59 years old female with the chief complaint of left lower abdominal pain and a mass was palpated at the site. Resection of the cyst wall was performed in both cases. Surgery should be done to make the definite diagnosis, since the differential diagnosis of renal carcinoma and solitary renal cyst is quite difficult and to prevent complications like cancer, infection and rupture.
