乳児にみられた副腎原発の神経芽細胞腫の1例

NEUROBLASTOMA OF ADRENAL ORIGIN IN AN INFANT: REPORT OF A CASE

Ⅰ．緒言

　近年小児の悪性腫瘍による死亡が年々増加の傾向にあり，乳幼児の腹部腫瘤に遭遇したら，ウイルムス腫瘍か神経芽細胞腫を疑わねばならぬと言われる^1）25）程神経芽細胞腫はよく見られる悪性腫瘍の一つである。今回9カ月男児の副腎に原発した1例を経験したので，ここに報告し，若干の文献的考察を加えた。

Most of the abdominal tumor in infancy, especially the malignant ones, are Wilms' tumor and neuroblastoma. A 9 year old boy was referred to the urological department of Niigata University for abdominal mass at the right flank, which was pointed out by health check up, suspicious of right renal tumor or adrenal tumor. Calcification at the upper portion of the right kidney by scout film of the abdomen, was the only positive findings of various examination. The right kidney pelvis was compre-ssed downwards by intravenous pyelogram.
