特発性睾丸壊死の1例

IDIOPATHIC NECROSIS OF THE TESTIS

Ⅰ．緒言

　睾丸壊死および梗塞を起こす原因としては，精索捻転症が多く，その報告例も多数に及んでいる。しかし，手術時に捻転所見なく，認めるべき原因のないいわゆる特発性壊死，梗塞は比較的まれな疾患であり，本邦では梶谷（1935）^1）以来40例を認めている。

　我々は最近，捻転所見なく，また現病歴にても明らかな誘因のない睾丸壊死例を経験したので報告するとともに本邦報告例につき若干の考察を試みる。

A case of idiopathic testicular necrosis in a 14 year old boy was reported. External compression or thrombosis of the spermatic vein was suspected as the cause. 40 cases of idiopathic testicular infarct or necrosis were collected from the Japanese literature and the pathogenesis, clinical features and diagnosis were discussed.
