Ⅰ．緒言
淋巴管腫は身体各所に生ずるが，陰茎に認めた報告は極めて少ない。私は陰茎皮下の索状腫瘤が，拡張した淋巴管であることを確認した1例を経験したので報告する。
Case is a 45 years old clerk, who noticed serpiginous cord-like induration at the right side of the penis along sulcus coronarius about half month duration without any subjective symptoms. Leakage of clear waterlike fluid was noticed from the stump during resection and histopathological finding was dilated lymphatic vessel.
One each case of lymphangioma of penis has been reported by Ferris et al. and Pearlman but in Japan, the socalled lymphangiectasis has been reported by Inoue (one case) and Takahashi et al. (2 cases), therefore our case is the fourth case in Japan.
