外傷性外陰部剥皮創の2例

TRAUMATIC DENUDATION OF THE SKIN OF EXTERNAL GENITALIA.: Report of 2 Cases.

Ⅰ．緒言

　男子外陰部はその解剖学的構造から可動性が大きく開放性損傷をうけることは極めて少ない。開放性損傷の中で特殊なものとして外陰部剥皮創があり，それは殆んどが男子例であり陰茎，陰嚢またはその両者の皮膚の一部または全部が外力により剥脱された状態で，近年機械工業の発達とともに漸次増加の傾向にある。われわれも最近，陰茎剥皮創と陰嚢剥皮創の各1例を経験したのでここに報告し，あわせて本邦症例について若干の文献的考察を試みたいと思う。

Case 1 : Case of denudation of the skin of penis. Nineteen years old male student tumbled at a con-struction field, where he was working part time, and his pants was caught by the tip of the hook of the crane and his penis was traumatized as his under wear was draged in. Rhomboid skin defect was noticed at the middle part of the penis shaft located at the dorsal side to the right lateral side. Since about 2cm of the inner side of the voreskin, from the sulcus coronarius, was left, the wound was treated by the socalled Dittel's method utilizing the remaining skin. No functional disturbance was noticed after operation.
