スキー外傷による精巣脱出を伴った陰茎・陰嚢剥皮症

EXTERNAL GENITAL INJURIES FROM A FALL DURING DOWNHILL SKIING

　陰茎・陰嚢剥皮症に精巣複合脱出症を合併した稀なスキー外傷例を経験した。症例は23歳の男性で，転倒した際に外れたスキー板がスキーウエアを破り，症例の大腿部から会陰部を通過し受傷した。手術により左精巣を還納・固定し，創縫合し合併症なく治癒した。精液検査は3か月後に正常値に回復した。ルーズなスキーウェアは，鋭利な先端が引っかかりウエアを突き破る危険性が増し，本例のような外傷を引き起こす可能性がある。

A 23-year-old man fell down while he was skiing downhill at high speed on a bumpy slope. His left ski teared his ski pants at a site 10 cm above the left knee, and passed from the external genital region to the right lateroabdominal region, sliding between the ski pants and tights, and producing an avulsion of the penile and scrotal skin with complex luxation of the left testis. A sag in loose-fitting ski pants may have caught the sharp tip of a ski, which penetrated clothing, resulting in trauma.
