外傷性外陰部剥皮症の1例

A CASE OF TRAUMATIC AVULSION OF THE SCROTAL SKIN

緒言

　男子外陰部は，その解剖学的特徴により可動性に富んでいるため，開放性損傷を受けることは稀である。開放性損傷の特殊型の一つとして外陰部剥皮創がある。われわれは，高所からの落下による外陰部剥皮症の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A nineteen-year-old male, roadman, was admitted to the department of urology on February 2, 1982 with traumatic avulsion os the scrotal skin caused by accidental injury falling astride steel lines while at his work. The scrotal skin was almost peeled off except for the portion of median raphe, but there was no associated injury in penis, testes and epididymides. Under spinal anesthesia, the remained scrotal skin was sutured and then the testes were returned to the proper position. The postoperative course was uneventful.
