結石に合併した尿管ポリープの1例

BENIGN URETERAL POLYP ASSOCIATED WITH CALCULUS

Ⅰ．緒言

　従来良性尿管腫瘍は比較的まれでなかんずく尿管ポリープは極めてまれな疾患とされていたが最近2〜3年その報告例が急増している。しかし尿管口より突出しているもの以外は術前診断は依然困難である。またその治療についても未だ一定の見解がない。

　著者は最近結石に合併した本症の1例を保存的手術により治癒せしめ得たので報告し併せて本邦報告例の統計的観察を行なう。

A case of ureteral polyp complicated by calculi. Case reports of ureteral polyp has been increasing recently but its diagnosis is still quite difficult except those projecting out from the ureteral orifice and there seems to be no set opinion on its treatment.

42 years old male visited our clinic with the chief complaint of albuminuria and pyuria which was discovered accidently, lacking any other urologic symptoms. Ureterolithotomy was performed under the diagnosis of left ureteral calculi with hydronephrosis.
