尿管異常開口症の4例

FOUR CASES OF THE EXTRAVESICAL ECTOPIC URETER

Ⅰ．緒言

　尿管異常開口は1674年Schraderによつて初めて報告されて以来，Thom^1）は1929年までの文献を調査し785例について詳細な検討を加えている。本邦では1932年高橋，市川^2）の両氏が第1例を報告して以来，現在まで志田^3）が29例，岩崎^4）が60例，仁平^5）が81例，松村^6）が109例，相戸^7）が149例，嶺井^8）が171例，入沢^9）が190例，中川^10）が228例につき詳細な考察を行なつている。

　我々は昭和37年から昭和41年8月までに4例の本症例を経験したのでここに報告し，併せて中川氏以後の本症例につき調査したので報告する。

The chief complaints of extravesical ectopic ureter is continuous urinary incontinence and are mostly diagnosed and treated during school age by careful investigation of the history.

Four cases were experienced during the 4 years from 1962. All of the cases were female, aging 5, 6, 12 and 16 and 3 cases were type Ⅰ and the 5 years old case was type Ⅲ according to Thom's classification. The kidneys of the affected side among the 4 cases, 3 cases which belonged to type Ⅰ were hypoplastic and the one which belonged to type Ⅲ was hydronephrosis with hydroureter.
