Soft typeの前立腺癌の1例

A CASE OF SOFT PROSTATIC CARCINOMA

Ⅰ．緒言

　前立腺のSoft type carcinomaを始めて記載したのはYoung（1926）^10）であり，以後Thom-pson（1953）^7），Weller（1957）^9）の報告がある。本邦では岩佐・糸井（1961）^4），田崎・高瀬（1964）^6）の報告がみられる。この稀有疾患は直腸内指診で前立腺が軟かく触れる点が特有で，これが本疾患の診断を困難ならしめている。また血清酸Phos-phatase値の上昇が認められないこと，レ線上骨吸収性骨転移像を示すこと，抗男性ホルモン療法に反応しないこと，予後は極めて悪いこと等がその特徴であるとされている。ここに報告する症例は自覚症状が現れてより数年経るもなお健康を維持している興味あるSoft type carcinomaの1例である。

Dysuria was noticed since about August, 1963 and was admitted to a hospital in February, 1964 for incomplete urinary retention, although he was discharged for being able to urinate spontanously after conservative treatment but incomplete urinary retention recurred in September the same year and was referred to our clinic. At that time, prostatic palpation revealed size of a duckegg, smooth surface, elastic soft, clearly demarcated, fluctuated but the middle furrow was not palpable and no tenderness was noticed.
