尿管結石を合併せるsarcoidosisの1例

A CASE OF SARCOIDOSIS COMPLICATED WITH URETERAL CALCULI

Ⅰ．緒言

　sarcoidosisはBockの類肉腫症とも呼ばれ，各種の器官に類上皮細胞肉芽腫を生じ，それに伴う様々な臨床症状を呈する全身疾患である。近年各科領域において本症の病態が検討されてきたが，未だその病因も解明されていない^{9）17）22）}。とくに本症の泌尿器科的合併症に関しては報告も少なく未知の点が多い。最近本症に合併せる左尿管結石症の1例を経験したので自験例を中心にsarcoi-dosisの尿路合併症に関して若干の考察を行なつた。

18 years old male was referred to the internal medical clinic suspicious for sarcoidosis during the treatment for iridocyclitis. Sarcoidosis was comfirmed by positive Kveim test, bilateral hilar lymphadenopathy, negative tuberculin test and biopsy findings. During the treatment in the out patient clinic, hematuria and left flank pain occurred and was referred to our clinic. Plain film of the bladder showed a stone-like opacity at the lower end of the left ureter, intravenous pyelogram revealed retention of dye at the same area and slight resistance was felt by ureteral catheterization.
