腎尿管全摘除術・経尿道的操作時に発見された前立腺尿道内反性乳頭腫

Inverted papilloma of the prostatic urethra：A case report

　症例は63歳，男性。主訴は無症候性肉眼的血尿。腹部CT，逆行性腎盂造影より左腎盂腫瘍と診断し，左腎尿管全摘除術を施行した。その際，前立腺部尿道7時の位置に有茎性乳頭状腫瘍を認め，TURを施行した。病理組織学的診断は左腎盂は尿路上皮癌であったが，前立腺部尿道は内反性乳頭腫であった。前立腺部尿道内反性乳頭腫の本邦報告例は自験例が37例目であった。

　A 63-year-old man with a chief complaint of asymptomatic macroscopic hematuria was referred to our hospital. Abdominal CT showed a solid mass in the left renal pelvis. Left total nephroureterectomy was performed and which was proved to be left renal pelvic tumor. Intraoperative endoscopic examination disclosed a polypoid tumor arising from prostatic urethra. Transurethral resection of the tumor was also performed and histopathological examination revealed inverted papilloma of the prostatic urethra and urothelial carcinoma of the left renal pelvis. There is no evidence of recurrence 13 months postoperatively.
