　二次性前立腺扁平上皮癌は非常に珍しく，遠隔臓器からの転移はほとんどみられない。症例は63歳，男性。膀胱タンポナーデを主訴に他院より紹介となった。前立腺部尿道からの出血および前立腺部尿道の白色変性部位を認めたため，経会陰的前立腺生検および内視鏡的止血術を施行した。病理組織学的診断は扁平上皮癌（SCC）であった。臨床経過と病理組織学的所見より，食道癌前立腺転移と診断した。

Secondary squamous cell carcinoma of the prostate is quite rare. A 63-year-old man presented with complaint of bladder tamponade. During the examination of the origin of huge hemorrhage, we recognized the mucosa change of urethra with white patch. After the prostate biopsy, trans urethral coagulation was performed to hemorrhagic lesion. The pathological findings were SCC. In his medical history, there was total esophagectomy for esophageal carcinoma at the age of 61 years. There were multiple metastatic lesions. Therefore, we reached the diagnosis of secondary squamous cell carcinoma of the prostate. Any treatment was rejected and he died of pulmonary insufficiency two months later.
