　症例は66歳，男性。フェナセチン推定総摂取量1.4kg，摂取期間10年。1992年2月無症候性肉眼的血尿を主訴に当科を受診し，左腎盂腫瘍T₂N₀M₀と診断され，6月15日左腎尿管全摘除術を施行した。腎盂上方に3.0×2.5×1.5cmの乳頭状の腫瘍を認め，病理学的診断は移行上皮癌，G2,pTaであった。フェナセチン乱用が原因と思われる尿路上皮腫瘍の本邦報告15例目であった。

A year-old male with a complaint of asymptomatic grosshe-maturia was admitted to our hospital in April, 1992. For the past 10 years, he has abused phenacetin-containing analgesics because of severe headache. His total intake of phenacetin was approximately 1.4 kg. Close examination revealed left renal pelvic tumor. So, left total nephroure-terectomy was performed on June 15, 1992. Histological diagnosis was transitional cell carcinoma, grade 2, pTa. Our case is the 15th case report of urothelial tumor due to phenacetin abuse in Japan.
