膀胱炎症性偽腫瘍の1例

Inflammatory pseudotumor of the urinary bladder

　患者は34歳の女性。不妊治療目的に当院産婦人科を受診し，経腟超音波検査で膀胱腫瘍が偶然に見つかり当科を受診した。腫瘍は，腹部超音波，CT，MRI，膀胱鏡検査上，膀胱前壁正中よりやや右側よりに膀胱粘膜下腫瘍の形態をとっていた。膀胱粘膜下腫瘍の診断で可及的に腫瘍を経尿道的切除（TUR）した。病理組織診断は膀胱炎症性偽腫瘍であった。術後1年4か月経過した現在，再発所見は認めていない。

　A 34-year-old infertile woman presented with bladder tumor which was incidentally found by gynecologist. Ultrasonographic examination,CT,MRI and cystoscopy showed a non-papillary,broad based tumor located at the anterior wall. The tumor was transurethrally resected and histopathological diagnosis was inflammatory pseudotumor without malignancy. No recurrence has been detected over 16months.
