陰部マダニ刺症の2例

Two cases of tick bite at genital skin

　12歳の陰囊のマダニ刺症と，79歳の陰茎のマダニ刺症を経験した。ともに患者本人は医師から指摘されるまでマダニ刺症とは気づいていなかった。ともにマダニを皮膚とともに摘除した。ミノサイクリンあるいはドキシサイクリンの予防投与を1週間行い，紅斑熱などの合併症を起こすことなく治癒した。

　A twelve years old male presented with a tick of three millimeters in diameter at the scrotum. The tick was removed with skin and 100mg per day of minocycline was administered orally for seven days. A seventy-nine years old male visited the hospital complaining a rapidly growing tumor-like lesion of the penis skin. It was a live tick of one centimeter in diameter,which was removed with skin and 100mg of doxycycline was administered orally for seven days. Both patients were completely healed without developing any complication.
