腎盂内に発生した炎症性偽腫瘍

Inflammatory Pseudotumor of the Renal Pelvis

　25歳，女性，主訴は肉眼的血尿。尿細胞診はClassll，排泄性腎盂造影，逆行性腎盂造影で右腎盂内に腫瘤性病変を認めた。腫瘤は画像上急速な増大傾向を示した。悪性腫瘍を否定できず，腫瘤が大きく腫瘤のみの切除が困難であったため右腎摘出術を施行した。病理組織学的診断は炎症性偽腫瘍であった。腎盂に発生した炎症性偽腫瘍は筆者らが検索した限りでは本邦2例目である。

A 25-year-old female presented with gross hematuria. Intravenous pyelography revealed a tumor located atthe right renal pelvis. Because it was difficult to distin-guish between benign tumor and malignant,right simplenephrectomy was performed. The pathological findingsindicated inflammatory pseudotumor of the renal pelvis. To our knowledge, this is the 2nd case of inflammatorypseudotumor of the renal pelvis reported in Japan.
