レーザー治療が有効であった小児膀胱血管腫

Laser treatment of pediatric bladder hemangioma

　症例は5歳，男児。無症候性肉眼的血尿の精査中，膀胱鏡検査で右側後壁に4mm大の暗紫色腫瘤を2個認め膀胱血管腫と診断した。病変部に対し，全身麻酔下，経尿道的にKTPレーザー照射を施行し，術後24か月を経過した現在，血尿および再発を認めていない。本症例は，小児膀胱血管腫の本邦報告例の18例目にあたる。

　A 5-year-old male with asymptomatic macroscopic hematuria had bladder hemangioma diagnosed by cystoscopy showing two dark purplish tumors sized 4mm on the right lateral wall. Under general anesthesia,KTP laser irradiation was performed transurethrally under the diagnosis of the bladder hemangioma. No recurrence of the tumor nor hematuria were recognized for 24months postoperatively. This is the 18th case of juvenile bladder hemangioma in Japanese literatures.
