腎盂腫瘍との鑑別が困難であったベリニ管癌

A case of Bellini duct carcinoma with preoperative diagnosis of renal pelvic tumor

症例は44歳，男性。肉眼的血尿を主訴に来院。腹部超音波，IVP，CT，膀胱鏡より右腎盂腫瘍の診断にて右腎尿管全摘除術を行った。肉眼的所見は腎中極に囊胞変化を伴い，黄白色の液状物を認める40mm大の腫瘍を認めた。病理組織学的検査にて集合管由来の腫瘍であった。化学療法などのあと治療を検討していたが，自己判断で来院せず，経過不明である。

A 44-year-old man with a chief complaint of macrohematuria underwent right nephro-ureterectomy under the diagnosis of renal pelvis tumor obtained from an echologic examinations,IVP,CT and cystoscopy. A macroscopic view of the resected kidney included a white-yellow liquefied nodular tumor,40mm in size with cystic change at the middle of the right kidney invoding to the renal pelvis. Pathological diagnosis of the tuntor was the neoplasm of the collecting duct origin. A brief discussion was made about Bellini duct carcinoma of the kidney.
