ベリニ管癌の1例

A BELLINI DUCT CARCINOMA OF KIDNEY: A CASE REPORT

　63歳，男性。主訴は，無症候性血尿。CT,AG等にて左腎盂あるいは腎腫瘍が疑われた。手術標本にて腎実質より腎盂に突出する腫瘍を認めた。病理組織所見にて腎の集合管上皮によく似た細胞からなるベリニ管癌と診断された。患者は，集学的治療のかいなく術後5ヵ月目に癌死した。

A 63-year-old male presented with asymptomatic gross heamaturia. Renal angiography and CT scan revealed a hypovascular solid mass lesion at the upper pole of the left kidney. A filling defect was identified by retrograde pyelogram. Left radical nephro-ureterectomy was performed on April, 8, 1987. The tumor extended into the pelvis and also invaded renal fatty capsule. Histological examination revealed that the tumor showed papillary structure lined by cuboidal or columnar eosinophilic cells. Chemotherapy, immunotherapy and irradiation were done after the operation. But, multiple subcutaneous and bone metastasis appeared.
