出血性膀胱炎に対して高圧酸素療法が奏効した2例

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy successful in the treatment of two cases of hemorrhagic cystitis

浸潤性膀胱癌に対する放射線照射6年後に発症した出血性膀胱炎の症例，およびWegner肉芽腫症に対するシクロフォスファミド投与後の出血性膀胱炎の症例に対し，高圧酸素療法を施行した。2例とも比較的少ない回数で止血可能であり，副作用を認めなかった。出血性膀胱炎に対する高圧酸素療法は，第一選択となりうる有効な治療法と考えられた。

Two patients,one who underwent radiation therapy for invasive bladder cancer six years before and the other taking cyclophosphamide to control Wegener's granulomatosis were diagnosed as having hemorrahgic cystitis. Treatment with hyperbaric oxygen was performed,and successful results were achieved with relatively small numbers of treatment courses. There were no adverse effects during the treatment. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may be an effective first choice treatment for hemorrhagic cystitis.
