高圧酸素療法が有効であったサイクロフォスファマイドによる出血性膀胱炎

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy for cyclophosphamide-induced hemorrhagic cystitis：A case report

　症例は65歳，女性。主訴は無症候性肉眼的血尿。患者は慢性関節性リウマチにて4年間にわたりサイクロフォスファマイドを総計73g内服していた。2001年肉眼的血尿にて近医泌尿器科を受診し，適宜止血処置を施行されるも改善なく当科を紹介された。サイクロフォスファマイドによる出血性膀胱炎と診断し，サイクロフォスファマイドを中止，高圧酸素療法を施行した。計11回の治療にて血尿は改善した。

A 65-year-old woman with rhumatoid arthritis,which was treated with cyclophosphamide for 4 years（73g in total amount）,was admitted with a chief complaint of massive macrohematuria. Conservative therapy including intravesical irrigation and transurethral coagulation was not successful. Therefore,hyperbaric oxygen therapy was begun and achieved complete remission after several courses and she has remained free of complaint until now.
