咽後間隙血腫の2症例

Two Cases of Retropharyngeal Hematoma

　はじめに

　咽後間隙血腫は，上気道の閉塞により呼吸困難をきたすことがあるため，迅速な診断と治療が必要となる。

　今回われわれは，咽後間隙血腫の2症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

An-89-year old female and a 46-year-old male pre-sented with chief complaints of left neck swelling anddyspnea, and left neck pain and swelling respectively. In both cases, lateral view of plain x-ray films and CT of their necks revealed soft tissue shadows in the retropha-ryngeal lesion. Both patients were treated with hemo-statics and antibiotics conservatively. Fortunately hematoma was gradually disappeared ten and six days after admission respectively.
