中耳に迷入したニクバエ異物の1例

A Case of Flesh Fly Foreign Body in the Middle Ear

　はじめに

　有生外耳道異物に遭遇することは日常診療において珍しくないが^1），中耳にまで迷入した報告は少ない。しかし，中耳異物は炎症を遷延化させる^2〜4）にとに加えて，有生異物は病原体を媒介したり寄生する可能性があり^5〜10），注意が必要である。

　今回われわれは，中耳真珠腫内にニクバエが迷入した有生中耳異物の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

During the operation of a 47-year-old femalewith left ear cholesteatoma, a flesh fly was found in the cholesteatoma sac. The fly foreign body was located in the attic which was enlarged by bone resorption of the cholesteatoma. The flesh fly and cholesteatoma were removed and there was no symptoms of ear infection nor myiasis after the operation.
