はじめに
血管平滑筋腫は主に四肢に発空する良性腫瘍であるが，喉頭に発生することは稀で，本邦での報告はこれまで5例で1〜5），そのうち声帯に発生した報告は1例のみである5）。
われわれは，声帯に発生した血管平滑筋腫例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。
A 63-year-old male was complaining of hoarse-ness for three months. Fiberscopic inspection showed a white mass with a smooth surface in his right vocal cord. The tumor was removed complete-ly under a direct laryngoscope. A histopathological examination revealed angioleiomyoma.
