低悪性度の鼻腔血管内皮腫の1症例

A Case of Low Grade Malignant Nasal Hemangioendothelioma

　はじめに

　鼻腔に生じた腫瘍の報告は数多くみられ，その病理組織像は多彩である。しかし，低悪性度の血管内皮腫の報告はわれわれが検索し得た範囲では，本邦では2例を数えるにすぎない^1,2）。

　今回われわれは，低悪性度の鼻腔血管内皮腫の1症例を経験したので報告する。

Low grade malignant nasal hemangioendotheli-oma is very rare. A 62-year-old female presented with left nasal bleeding. A tumor was found in her left nasal cavity. The tumor was removed under local anesthesia and was diagnosed as a low grade malignant haemangioendothelioma by immuno-histochemical study. The patient revealed no recur-rence for 9 months.
