鼻翼に生じた皮脂腺癌例

Sebaceous Carcinoma from the Ala Nasi:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　皮脂腺癌は主に眼瞼の皮脂腺から発生し，中でもマイボーム腺からのものが多い。眼瞼の悪性腫瘍の1〜5.5％を占め，予後不良の腫瘍として知られている^1）。唾液腺にも脂腺細胞が存在し耳下腺からの皮脂腺癌も30例報告されている^2,3）。しかし，鼻翼から発生する皮脂腺癌は極めて少ないとされており^4,5），今回われわれはその鼻翼皮脂腺癌の1例を経験したので報告する。

Sebaceous carcinoma of the eye lid is highly malignant and is often caused a distant metastasis.In a patient with sebaceous carcinoma of the ala nasi, the tumor was dissected with a 3mm of healthy area around tumor and the defect was reconstructed with a nasolabial flap.

Postoperative radiotherapy was performed. After extirpation of the tumor, there was no evidence of recurrence in the local lesion and distant metastasis in 11 months.
