はじめに
頭蓋咽頭腫は胎生期の頭蓋咽頭管の遺残物から発生すると考えられている上皮性腫瘍で，通常良性腫瘍に分類されている1）。組織学的に悪性を示すことは極めて稀である2,3）。今回われわれは浸潤性の進展形式を示し，剖検により初めて頭蓋咽頭腫と診断された症例を経験したので報告する。
A 64-year-old male. presented with double vision. Sphenoid sinusitis was diagnosed at first time. His symptom did not change even after various kinds of medication for five months. After he died of the disease, autopsy finally revealed invasive cranio-pharyngioma in the spenoid bone.
