A Case of Sinus Histiocytosis with Massive Lymphadenopathy (Rosai-Dorfman syndrome)

　はじめに

　Sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy（SHMLと略：Rosai-Dorfman syndrome）^1）は，リンパ節腫大を特徴とするリンパ洞を中心とした組織球症であり，その多くは頸部リンパ節に認められる^2）。数少ない疾患であり，その多くは白人，黒人にみられ，日本人での症例報告も少数である^3〜5）。今回われわれは，両側頸部リンパ節腫大を呈した1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

　A 14-year-old male presented with massive lymphadenopathy in bilateral cervical regions. Surgical biopsy of the lymph nodes was performed and sinus histiocytosis with massive lymphadenopathy was diagnosed.

　In situ hybridization and PCR to the lymph nodes suggested the posibility of infection of EB virus.

　The lymphadenopathy of this patient was selflimited and regressed without clinical treatment.
