喉頭リンパ管腫の1症例

A Case of Laryngeal Lymphangioma

　はじめに

　リンパ管腫は頭頸部領域に発生する頻度が高いが，喉頭における発生はきわめて稀で，過去に16例の報告^1〜16）を認めるにすぎない。今回われわれは，喉頭に発生したリンパ管腫の1症例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Laryngeal lymphangioma is an extremely rare benign tumor of the larynx. A 17-day-old boy presented with stridor. Flexible endoscopy revealed masses on the epiglotis, left ventricular fold and left arytenoid. CO₂ laser surgery by means of laryn-gomicrosurgery was performed, and pathological diagnosis was cavernous lymphangioma. One year later, the tumor recurred and re-operation was performed. There was no recurrence for one year and eight months after surgery.
