はじめに

　喉頭結核は肺結核症から続発した喉頭の疾患としてかつては高い頻度で発生していたが，近年は肺結核が早期に診断・治療されるためまれな疾患となっている。また，喉頭乳頭腫も比較的まれな疾患であり，われわれの渉猟した範囲では両者の合併例の報告はみられなかった。今回われわれは喉頭結核に喉頭乳頭腫を合併し，さらにその治療経過中に悪性変化が疑われた例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 74-year-old female complained of hoarseness. Granulation tissue was noted on both vocal cords. Laryngeal tuberculosis was first diagnosed based on the histological findings. SM, INH, and PAS therapies had no effect on the laryngeal granula-tion. A biopsy specimen was taken again and its histology showed that laryngeal tuberculosis was associated with papilloma. Tumor removal was performed in 3 stages. Initially the tumor was removed by forceps, however due to regrowth it was further removed twice by using CO₂ laser. But the tumor resisted treatment and a malig-nant change was suspected. Now the patient has been treated with alpha-interferon with a close observation.
