A Case of Tracheobronchopathia Osteoplastica

　はじめに

　Tracheobronchopathia osteochondroplastica（以下TBOCと略）は，気管および気管支の粘膜下に骨組織や軟骨組織が異常増殖するまれな疾患である。病変部位と病理組織によりTBOCは9種類に分類できるが，今回われわれは気管・気管支粘膜下に骨組織の異常増殖を確認し，tracheo-bronchopathia osteoplastica （以下TBOと略）と診断し得た1症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 64-year-old woman with tracheobronchopathia osteoplastica complained of hoarseness. Fiberoptic bronchoscopic findings revealed multiple small nod-ular lesions on the wall of the trachea and the bilateral main bronchi. The biopsy specimen of the nodular lesions showed submucosal bony tissue covered with tracheal epithelium.

134 cases with tracheobronchopathia osteochon-droplastica including this case have been reported in Japan. The clinical features were discussed.
