　はじめに

　ワルチン腫瘍（Warthin's tumor, adenolym-phoma, papillary cystadenoma lympho-matosum）は唾液腺由来の良性腫瘍であり，臨床上よく経験する疾患である。今回，われわれは耳下腺部ワルチン腫瘍内に結核感染を認めた1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 67-year-old male complained of a painlessswelling in the right parotid region. Preoperative diagnosis was Warthin's tumor and tuberculosis of the parotid gland. After antituberculosis chemother-apy for a month the tumor was removed surgically. Pathological findings showed Warthin's tumor of the parotid gland with tuberculosis located within the tumor.
