声帯後部腫瘤性病変の臨床統計

Clinical statistics of tumors at the posterior glottis

I．はじめに

　声帯後部（声帯軟骨部）は喉頭肉芽腫の好発部位であるが，同部位には扁平上皮癌などの肉芽腫以外の腫瘤性病変も生じる。しかし，これまで声帯後部に生じる腫瘤性病変の病理組織別の頻度に関しては詳しい報告が少ない。今回，臨床統計からその頻度を報告するとともに代表的な症例を呈示し，声帯後部に生じる扁平上皮癌についても考察を加えた。

　Thirty-five tumors at the posterior glottis were examined in our department from April 1995 to October 2004. The age range of these patients（meles：female＝34：1）was 26 to 76 years（average 54.8 years）. Twenty-two of the tumors were granuloma,four hyperkeratosis,three granuloma and hyperkeratosis,four papilloma,two squamous cell carcinoma. The chief complaints of these patients were hoarseness（19 cases）,sore throat（7 cases）,abnomal sensetion of throat（6 cases）,feeling of sputum sticking in throat（2 cases）and two cases were discovered by chance.
