咽頭後間隙魚骨異物の1例

Fish-Bone Foreign Body in Retropharyngeal Space:A Case Report

　はじめに

　魚骨異物は，耳鼻咽喉科領域では一般的な疾患であり，魚骨の多くは口蓋扁桃，舌根扁桃，喉頭蓋谷に存在する^1）。

　今回われわれは，咽頭後間隙魚骨異物の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 49-year-old female was suffering from a sore-ness of the left throat after eating a flatfish. On flexible laryngeal fiberscopy we observed edema of the left pyriform sinus and arytenoid, but we could not find any fish-bone. We diagnosed a fish-bone foreign boby in the retropharyngeal space, and we found retropharyngeal emphysema by cervical x-ray, CR and CT. The fish-bone was removed orally under general anesthesia.
