フィブリン併用カルボプラチン局所注入療法

Intra-Tumoral Infusion of Carboplatin with Fibrinogen and Thrombin

　はじめに

　近年，抗癌剤を用いて動脈塞栓療法，ミサイル療法，温熱療法などの各種局所療法が開発され，臨床応用も行われ注目を集めているが，一般的には癌は全身疾患と考えられ，抗癌剤は全身投与されるのが主流である。しかし，全身投与では骨髄機能低下や腎機能低下のある症例では投与量も制限され，その治療効果も減少する。

　そこで，抗癌剤をフィブリノーゲン-トロンビンとともに腫瘍局所に注入することにより局所滞留を促し，腫瘍の縮小および全身的副作用の軽減を目的とした治療法を考案し，骨髄機能低下，腎機能低下のある症例に対して副作用が出現することなく臨床的奏効を認めたので報告する。

A 72-year-old man with squamous cell carcinoma of the hypopharynx with poor bone marrow func-tion and renal dysfunction was treated with intratumoral infusion of Carboplatin with fi-brinogen and thrombin. The reduction of the tumor mass was recognized without significant side effects.
