骨・軟骨形成を認めた舌悪性腫瘍の1例

So-called Carcinosarcoma with Formation of Bone and Cartilage in the Tongue:A Case Report

　はじめに

　舌の悪性腫瘍は圧倒的に癌腫が多く，他の組織型の悪性腫瘍は極めて少数である。今回われわれは，骨・軟骨形成を伴う舌の悪性腫瘍で病理組織学的に“いわゆる癌肉腫”と診断した1症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 74-year-old male presented with a tumor of the tongue of one month's duration. Histopathological and immunohistochemical examinations revealed so -called carcinosarcoma. The formation of bone and cartilage was found in the sarcomatous component of this tumor. Partial excision of the tongue with a YAG laser was performed and his postoperative course was uneventful. There were 62 reports in-cluding our case of true and so-called carsinosar-coma in the head and neck Region in Japan.
