悪性化した鼻副鼻腔乳頭腫の1例

Malignant Change of the Papilloma of the Nasal Cavity and Paranasal Sinuses: Report of a Case

　緒言

　頭頸部領域に発生する乳頭腫のなかで，鼻腔，副鼻腔に発生する乳頭腫は易再発性であり，発癌との関連性をもち，臨床的にも病理組織学的にも興味深い良性腫瘍である。今回われわれは，再発をくりかえし悪性化を示した鼻副鼻腔乳頭腫を1例経験したので文献的考察を加え報告する。

A 48-year-old male, with recurrent papilloma ofthe nasal cavity has been treated in our hospital.

First and second pathological diagnosis were inverted papilloma, but the third was inverted papil-loma with squamous cell carcinoma. The patient was treated by Denker's operation, chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
