側頭骨内原発と考えられた悪性リンパ腫の1例

Primary Malignant Lymphoma in the Temporal Bone:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　頭頸部悪性リンパ腫の初発部位は，ワルダイエル輪が最も多いが，リンパ節外原発や頸部リンパ節原発の報告も多くみられる。しかし，側頭骨内に原発した悪性リンパ腫の報告はない。今回われわれは，乳突蜂巣と外耳道内および中頭蓋窩から後頭蓋窩にかけての硬膜下腔に浸潤し，側頭骨内原発と考えられた悪性リンパ腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

Primary malignant lymphoma in the mastoid cells of the temporal bone was found in a 40-year-old male patient who had a convulsive attack at the onset. The otoscopic examination revealed a small mass at the upper-posterior wall of the right external auditory canal. A high intensity area. was demonstrated at the regions of the right temporal bone and the subdural space on MRI. The mass was diagnosed to be malig-nant lymphoma of a diffuse small cell type histopathologically. The primary site of the dis-ease was discussed.
