頬粘膜に発生した有茎性脂肪腫の1症例

Lipoma in the Buccal Mucosa:Report of a Case

　緒言

　脂肪腫は成熟した脂肪組織の増殖から成る非上皮性の良性腫瘍であり，脂肪組織の生理的存在部位すべてに発生する。良性軟部組織腫瘍のなかでは最も発生頻度が高く，また頸部は脂肪腫の好発部位であり，脂肪腫の全体数の約10％を占めるといわれている^1）。今回われわれは，頭頸部領域では比較的少ないとされている口腔領域に発生した有茎性の脂肪腫を経験したので報告する。

Lipoma is a benign mesenchymic tumor and is often found in back chest wall, upper leg and cer-vical region. A 51-year-old female presented with a round mass in the buccal mucosa. This mass had increased in size after biting the buccal mucosa. The mass was excised under local anesthesia, and his-topathological diagnosis was lipoma. The postoper-ative course was uneventful for about six months.
