深頸部膿瘍を生じた下咽頭魚骨異物の1例

Deep Neck Infection due to a Fish Bone Foreign Body in Hypopharynx:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　頸部筋膜間隙に広範囲に広がった感染症は総称して深頸部膿瘍と呼ばれており，以前は重篤で致死的な疾患であったが，近年は抗生剤の進歩によりその危険性は減少している^1〜3）。とはいえ．時には不幸な転帰をとる場合もあり得るので臨床上注意を要する疾患である。今回われわれは，下咽頭に刺入した魚骨異物により深頸部膿瘍をきたした症例を経験したので，その経過を述べるとともに，文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 62-year-old male complained of throat pain,dysphagia, swelling and pain of the neck after digestion of a foreign body. Neck CT scan findings showed a deep neck infection due to a fishbone in hypopharynx. The patient was treated with surgical removal of foreign body, drainage of the neck, and chemotherapy, and he recovered successfully.
